Example Embodiment

[0014] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with embodiment:

[0015] A heating and cooling method for post-weld heat treatment of pipe fittings, comprising the following steps:

[0016] 1) The heating method should be able to provide the required metal temperature, metal temperature uniformity and temperature control, which may include closed furnace mouth heating, local flame heating, resistance and electric induction heating, etc.;

[0017] 2) The cooling method should be able to provide the required or expected cooling rate, which may include cooling in the furnace, cooling in the air, using local heating or adiabatic to control the cooling rate;

[0018] 3) Integral heat treatment. Pipeline components that require stress relief heat treatment after welding should be integrally heat treated in a heat treatment furnace as much as possible, but the components must not have welded valves and other components;

[0019] 4) Segmented heat treatme...

Abstract

The invention discloses a heating and cooling method for post-weld heat treatment of pipe fittings. The heating and cooling method mainly includes the following steps that (1) overall heat treatment is conducted, specifically, a post-weld pipeline component needing stress-relief heat treatment is subjected to overall heat treatment in a heat treatment furnace as far as possible, and the component is not provided with a welding valve or other components; (2) segmented heat treatment is conducted, specifically, when the welded pipeline component needs stress-relief heat treatment but cannot be put in the heat treatment furnace overall, the pipeline component is allowed to be subjected to segmented heat treatment, the repeated heating length is at least 300 mm during segmented heat treatment, and the part outside the furnace needs to be protected so that a harmful temperature gradient can be prevented; and (3) local heat treatment is conducted. The heating and cooling method is reasonable in procedure and low in manufacturing cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a heating and cooling method for post-welding heat treatment of pipe fittings. Background technique [0002] The existing heating and cooling methods for post-welding heat treatment of pipe fittings have unreasonable process arrangements, numerous processes, and high requirements for operator experience, resulting in high production costs. Contents of the invention [0003] In view of the above-mentioned defects of the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a heating and cooling method for post-weld heat treatment of pipe fittings with reasonable process and low manufacturing cost. [0004] To achieve the above object, the present invention provides [0005] A heating and cooling method for post-weld heat treatment of pipe fittings, comprising the following steps: [0006] 1) The heating method should be able to provide the required metal temperature, metal temperature uniformit...
