The high-altitude simulation cabin (1) is provided with a flow measurement device (2), a rectifier (3), a radiator (5), a heat exchanger assembly (11), a rectifier (7) and a fan assembly (9), wherein the front and back of the radiator (5) are respectively connected with a front wind chamber (4) and a rear wind chamber (8). The circulating system (9) comprises a radiator heat path circulating system (6) and a heat exchanger cold path circulating system (12). The measurement and control system (10) comprises a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor, and the flow measurement device (2).
