The invention discloses a longitudinal wave type tabletting and crushing machine for powder coatings. The longitudinal wave type tabletting and crushing machine comprises a tabletting part, a crushing part and a conveying belt. Two primary compression rollers are hollow round rollers; the gap between the two primary compression rollers is 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm; the axes of the two primary compression rollers are in parallel; and shaft rods at the two ends of each primary compression roller are connected with a machine frame. Two secondary compression rollers are hollow wave surface rollers; the axes of the two secondary compression rollers are in parallel; and shaft rods at the two ends of each secondary compression roller are connected with the machine frame. Annular up-and-down wave crests and troughs are arranged on the surfaces of the wave surface rollers. The shaft rods at one ends of the secondary compression rollers are connected through a second synchronous gear and rotate at the same speed; the wave crests of one wave surface roller are aligned at the wave troughs of the other wave surface roller; and the gap between the wave crest face and the wave trough face which are opposite is 1 mm to 1.5 mm. Long teeth and short teeth which are distributed in the circumferential direction are arrayed on the surface of a crushing roller in the axial direction at intervals, and the radius of the circle where the edges of the long teeth are located is larger than the radius of the circle where the edges of the short teeth are located. Overturning can be conducted easily during powder grinding so that multidirectional grinding can be achieved, accumulation is not likely to happen, the efficiency is improved, the structure is simple, implementation is easy, and the longitudinal wave type tabletting and crushing machine is suitable for application and popularization.
