The system includes: a screw feeder, a plastic hot melting reaction kettle, a fluid metering pump, a reaction apparatus outer shell body, an internal-heating drum-type pyrolysis reaction apparatus, a stair-like tapered tube isobaric distributor, a solid material spiral conveyor, a star-wheel electric material discharger, a material distributor, a carbon black collector, an elastic cleaning apparatus, an oil gas collection pipe, a sealing device and a main reaction apparatus driving device. The system is used in a manner that the waste plastic, which is sorted, cleaned and crushed into certain specification, is fed into the plastic hot melting reaction kettle through the screw feeder for being molten into liquid, wherein a cleaning head of the elastic cleaning apparatus is made of a hard alloy material and is fully contacted with the surface of the internal-heating drum-type pyrolysis reaction apparatus.
