Dynamic time-of-purchasing-decision incentive system and method

InactiveUS7555444B1Efficient and effective and targeted incentiveLow possible costDiscounts/incentivesPurchasing decisionBarcode
A system and method that provides suppliers or sellers with a competitive opportunity to influence consumers at the precise moment a purchasing decision is being made. A consumer using a personal wireless device (110), which has an integrated bar code scanner (120), scans the bar code of a product in a store. The device, using wireless communication (420), sends the scanned product information and a consumer ID to a processing application (430). The processing application (430) sends a profile of the consumer's past shopping behavior, the scanned product information and other data to each interested supplier's competitive incentive offer engine (470). Each supplier's incentive engine determines the optimal incentive to offer and returns this data to the processing application (430) where the incentives are collectively sent back to the consumer's device (110) using wireless communication (421). The device displays the competing incentives and the consumer selects one or more of the incentives presented and repeats this process throughout the store. Upon checkout, a bar code identifying the store and point of sale register is scanned and the incentives are redeemed by scanning them into the store's point of sale register like conventional printed coupons via a display (240) on the device that dynamically renders standard coupon bar codes. The redeemed incentives are then sent from the device to the processing application using wireless communication (422) where they are reconciled and the store is given credit for the redeemed values.

The present invention relates to a method and system for grasping an interested field of an Internet user, i.e., access intention of the Internet user, attracting advertisement from a plurality of sponsors on the Internet using the user's access intention, and providing the advertisement to the user on the Internet. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention there is provided a method for generating advertisement information to attract advertisement on an Internet, the method comprising the steps of maintaining a keyword database for recording more than one keyword, type information of the keyword, predetermined reference information that corresponds to the type information, and advertisement list information that corresponds to the keyword, in which the advertisement list information includes information for the number of advertisement files including the keyword; receiving a predetermined event from a user, recording a keyword that corresponds to the received event, for history data; searching for the type information of the keyword by referring to the keyword database; searching for the reference information that corresponds to the searched type information; judging whether the keyword is an interested field of the user on the basis of the searched reference information; generating an advertisement file including the keyword regarded as the interested field of the user, updating the information for the number of advertisement files in the advertisement list information stored in the keyword database; and generating advertisement information including the keyword and the updated advertisement list information.

Sewage Treatment Process and System

A sewage treatment process is provided, which includes the following steps: a) sewage feeding step, comprising introducing raw sewage into a biological reaction tank (1) to a predetermined time or liquid level; b) reaction step comprising performing aeration and stirring intermittently in the biological reaction tank (1); c) treated water discharging step, comprising performing solid-liquid separation of the mixed liquor in the biological reaction tank (1) by a membrane separation device (2) to obtain a first permeate, which is taken as the final treated water; d) standby step comprising stopping aeration in the biological reaction tank (1); and e) phosphorus-enriched water discharging step, comprising keeping anaerobic condition in the biological reaction tank (1) and performing solid-liquid separation of the mixed liquor in the biological reaction tank (1) by a membrane separation device (2) to obtain a second permeate, the second permeate entering inside a phosphorus recycling unit (5) which is set independent from the biological reaction tank (1), the phosphorus recycling unit (5) removing phosphorus from water, the second permeate becoming low-phosphorus water, and the low-phosphorous water flowing back to the biological reaction tank (1); the sewage treatment process runs in cycle by repeating above steps. A corresponding treatment system is also provided.
