The method comprises the following steps: obtaining the two-dimensional images of transformer station equipment; by use of a K-means algorithm, segmenting objects in the two-dimensional image; by use of a fast Fourier algorithm, extracting shape features of the shapes of the objects; retrieving three-dimensional shapes matching the shape features from a shape database; combining the three-dimensional shapes to form three-dimensional models of the transformation equipment; obtaining surveying and mapping data of the transformer station equipment, wherein the surveying and mapping data at least comprises the actual dimension and the actual spacing of the transformer station equipment; according to the surveying and mapping data, determining relative position relations between the three-dimensional models; and establishing a three-dimensional scene model of a transformer station where the transformer station equipment is located by use of each three-dimensional model.
