Abstract

The invention discloses a dual sensitive element pen type free field pressure sensor, and belongs to the technical field of explosive shock wave overpressure field measurement. The dual sensitive element pen type free field pressure sensor comprises a guide rod, a core electrode, piezoelectric elements, pressure bearing copper electrodes, elastic elements, a positioning cylinder, insulation positioning sleeves, a signal line, a connector and a cable connecting seat. The core electrode is located in a radial through hole of the guide rod. The two piezoelectric elements and the two pressure bearing copper electrodes are located coaxially at two ends of the core electrode respectively. The two insulation positioning sleeves coaxially sleeve external circumferential surfaces of the core electrode, the piezoelectric elements and the pressure bearing copper electrodes. The positioning cylinder and the two elastic elements both coaxially mounted in a sleeving manner in gaps between the insulation positioning sleeves and the radial through hole of the flow guide rod. One end of the connector is fixed in an axial blind hole of the flow guide rod, and an axial through hole in the other end is equipped with the cable connecting seat. Two ends of the signal line are respectively fixed in the through hole of the core electrode and on the cable connecting seat. The sensor has good water tightness and impact resistance and can meet the requirements of field explosion test.
