The invention further provides a compressor and an air conditioning system. In the compressor dispenser, the compressor and the air conditioning system, the compressor dispenser synchronously has the functions of a subcooler, a heat regenerator and a gas-liquid separator, so that the refrigerating efficiency of the compressor is improved, the dryness of refrigerants entering the compressor is increased, and the hydraulic shock risk caused by liquid taking due to inspiration of the compressor is reduced; and meanwhile, the refrigerants discharged by a condenser are further cooled, the supercooling degree of the air conditioning system is improved, and the COP value of the air conditioning system is increased.
