The method comprises the steps: carrying out the interpolation filtering of a mixed signal, calculating a timing error of a usable signal, adjusting the coefficient of an interpolation filtering module through employing the timing error, and repeatedly carrying out the above steps; carrying out the frame synchronization of the mixed signal and an interference signal after interpolation filtering when the interpolation filtering module is converged, and obtaining frame header information of the mixed signal; generating an interference training sequence with the same frame header information according to the frame header information; reconstructing the interference signal according to an interference reference signal through employing a first interference reconstruction module; calculating a first judgment error according to the interference training sequence and the interference signal, driving a first interference reconstruction module through employing the first judgment error, and carrying out the above steps repeatedly; and estimating the time delay between the usable signal and the interference signal according to a filter coefficient of the first interference reconstruction module when the first interference reconstruction module is converged. The method can calculate the time delay between the usable signal and the interference signal more quickly and accurately.
