Example Embodiment

[0021] Below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, preferred embodiments of the present invention are given and described in detail.

[0022] The cement solidification method of radioactive fluorine-containing waste liquid of the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0023] S1, provide radioactive fluorine-containing waste liquid according to Table 1 below;

[0024] Table 1 Composition of radioactive fluorine-containing waste liquid

[0025]

[0026] Wherein, the radioactive fluorine-containing waste liquid may be a radioactive waste liquid with a fluorine-containing mass concentration of 0.5% to 8% obtained by processing. In Example 5, part of NaF in the simulated fluorine-containing radioactive waste liquid is insoluble, and the simulated fluorine-containing radioactive waste liquid needs to be stirred uniformly and then solidified to ensure that the mass concentration of F reaches 8%.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for solidifying cement with radioactive fluorine-containing waste liquor. The method comprises the following steps: S1, providing the radioactive fluorine-containing waste liquor; S2, mixing Portland cement, an additive and the radioactive fluorine-containing waste liquor according to a proportion of 1000kg: 500kg: 450L, wherein the additive is prepared from zeolite, silica fume and quartz sand according to a mass ratio of 1: 1: 3; S3, solidifying the mixture in a mould to obtain a cement solidification body. According to the method for solidifying the cement with the radioactive fluorine-containing waste liquor, the precipitation rate of radioactive elements and element fluorine is restricted by zeolite; the fluidity of cement mortar and the water segregation amount are reduced by the silica fume; the compressive strength of the cement solidification body is increased by the quartz sand. Therefore, the various indexes of the cement solidification body provided by the invention can satisfy the requirements of GB14569.1-2011 and can tolerate the element fluorine well, such that almost no element fluorine is leached out.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to cement solidification, more particularly to a cement solidification method of radioactive fluorine-containing waste liquid. Background technique [0002] The thorium-based molten salt reactor is different from the pressurized water reactor, and its main coolant is a molten fluoride salt. Molten salt reactors inevitably produce fluorine-containing radioactive waste liquid during operation and spent fuel reprocessing. In order to ensure the safety of the surrounding public and the threat of a large amount of waste liquid to environmental pollution, it is necessary to reduce the volume and solidify the radioactive fluorine-containing waste liquid. Make it meet the safety temporary storage requirements. [0003] Cement solidification is a commonly used method for radioactive waste treatment, which provides an effective way for radioactive waste to be stored in a safe and stable solid state. Cement solidification has the following...
