The fabric body is composed of a wear-resistant layer, the first antistatic flame-retardant layer, the adhesive layers, the second antistatic flame-retardant layer, a plant fiber layer and a breathable layer, the first antistatic flame-retardant layer is arranged on the lower surface of the wear-resistant layer and connected with the second antistatic flame-retardant layer through one adhesive layer, the second antistatic flame-retardant layer is connected with the plant fiber layer through another adhesive layer, and the breathable layer is arranged on the lower surface of the plant fiber layer. The bilayer flame-retardant electric-arc-resistant fabric has excellent permanent flame-retardant performance, antistatic performance and electric arc resistance, and strength, anti-explosion performance, heat insulativity, heat protection performance and wearing comfort of the fabric are improved.
