Problems solved by technology

However, there are still some deficiencies in this invention: firstly, the collection device of this invention is separated from the energy conversion device, so that the compactness of the equipment becomes worse, and its volume will be larger under the same demand; secondly, this invention still uses the traditional The permanent magnet rotary generator not only requires high machining accuracy, but also the increase in the number of rotating joints will make the damping consume more energy
Although this kind of energy harvesting device has a large collection power, it is too bulky and has poor concealment, so it is not suitable for supporting use with small and medium-sized special equipment

Embodiment Construction

[0019] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the drawings and specific embodiments.

[0020] Such as figure 1 with figure 2 As shown, in this embodiment, the present invention mainly includes a spherical shell 7, an outer frame (including a support rod 3, a collection rod, and a collection rod mounting seat 1), a connecting rod 12, an inner frame 9, an energy storage device 5, and energy storage The device mounting seat 6, the electronic device 11, and the electronic device mounting seat 10. A bolt connection is adopted between the collecting rod mounting seat 1 and the housing 7 to connect the collecting rod and the housing 7. The collection rod and the support rod 3 are both connected to the collection rod mounting base 1 by threaded installation. The former includes a shaft sleeve 4 and two identical energy collection units 21 to collect energy; the latter mainly serves as a support to avoid separate collection units. Frame insta...

Abstract

The invention provides an electromagnetic vibration energy gatherer used for collecting ocean wave energy. The gatherer comprises a spherical housing, twelve electromagnetic vibration energy acquisition rods disposed at edges of a cube, one cubic installation frame disposed inside a sphere, and an energy storage element and an electronic device which are installed on the cubic installation frame, wherein each acquisition rod comprises two energy acquisition units connected by use of a sleeve. When the gatherer fluctuates along with ocean waves, permanent magnets in the acquisition units perform reciprocating movement relative to outer cylinders of the acquisition units, accordingly, a changing magnetic field is generated, the changing magnetic field enables coils to generate inductive currents, and the inductive currents are stored in the energy storage element through a correlation circuit. The energy conversion process of a whole system is as follows: energy generated during fluctuation of the ocean waves, mechanical energy generated during vibration of the permanent magnets, electric energy generated by the coils and chemical energy in the energy storage element. The acquisition efficiency is high, and the processing cost is low.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to an energy harvester, in particular to an electromagnetic vibration energy harvester that can be used to collect ocean wave energy. Background technique [0002] The supply of energy is a crucial issue for small and medium-sized special equipment that float on the sea and require long-term work. Nowadays, batteries are widely used to supply energy for offshore equipment because of their small size and large storage capacity. However, considering the complexity of the marine situation, regular battery replacement is an extremely difficult or even impossible task. Therefore, the research and development of self-powered devices suitable for offshore devices is becoming more and more important. [0003] Although there is no vibration energy that can be directly applied to the collection at sea, the energy when the waves fluctuate is very considerable. Therefore, consider designing a device that can convert the energy generated during the ...
