Abstract

The invention relates to the fields of collecting and recycling of urban rainfall and flood resources and paving of a road surface, and provides a new method for recovering and recycling the urban rainfall and flood resources. According to the new method disclosed by the invention, the problem of accumulated water in roads of residential areas during torrential rains can be solved, and the rainfall and flood resources in the residential areas can be effectively recovered; through natural purification treatment, the rainfall and flood resources can be converted into high-level rainwater potential energy so as to be used for flushing floors or other relevant use. The technical scheme adopted by the new method disclosed by the invention lies in that a system for preventing water from being accumulated on a road surface and recovering and recycling urban rainfall and flood resources consists of a permeable plate, a diversion layer and water storage tanks, wherein the diversion layer adopts a structure that a bottom layer is paved, a top layer is designed into a ridge shape, and lateral diversion trenches formed at equal intervals are formed in the top layer road surface and are used for guiding rainwater to the water storage tanks; water outlets for flushing the road surface are mainly paved in an interval zone between every two adjacent diversion trenches; and the water storage tanks are hung to two sides of the diversion layer.
