The invention discloses a method for testing
voltage-withstanding insulation of a total
anode of a
lithium battery module to a shell. According to the method, a low-
voltage insulation test
system is used for testing before
BusBar welding is carried out on a
lithium battery module; the method specifically comprises the following steps: modifying and optimizing a
relay circuit board of a low-voltageinsulation test
system; changing a circuit for connecting the positive
electrode and the negative
electrode of each
battery cell through switching of a
relay, and simulating the series-parallel connection state of the battery cells after
BusBar welding of a
lithium battery module by utilizing a probe, a high-
voltage silica gel wire and a printed circuit in a
relay board; connecting a positive
electrode of a withstand voltage tester of the low-voltage insulation test
system with a simulated total positive electrode, and connecting a negative electrode of the withstand voltage tester with a
lithium battery module shell, so that a required test loop is formed, an insulation value and a withstand voltage value of the total positive electrode to the shell are measured, and a
BusBar-imitated insulation and withstand voltage test before BusBar
welding is realized. According to the invention, the overall
test efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced to a certain extent.
