According to the heat treatment process, small-deformation rolling in 7-12 passes and 1-2 times of heat treatment annealing process enable a steel strip structure to gradually change to obtain a metallographic structure meeting fine blanking requirements, so that the ultimate object of replacing copper with steel is achieved; and the steel strip not only has the softness of a copper ring gear in property, but also is higher than the copper ring gear in intensity and abrasive resistance, the service life of an automobile ring gear is further prolonged, cost is further lowered, and a large quantity of non-ferrous metals are spared for the country.
