Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic feeding, automatic detecting and automatic sorting system for group breeding in a large pigpen. The automatic feeding, automatic detecting and automatic sorting system for group breeding in the large pigpen comprises a living area (1), an automatic detecting and sorting device (2), a plurality of feed supply units (3), a feed intake area (4) and a problem pig to-be-handled area (5). An entrance of the automatic detecting and sorting device (2) is connected with the living area (1), and an exit of the automatic detecting and sorting device (2) is connected with an entrance of the feed intake area (4). The feed intake area (4) is located at the rear end of the living area (1). The feed intake area (4) is divided into a plurality of feed intake subareas (41) which are used for feeding of different varieties of feed or feeding through different feeding methods. The feed supply units (3) are installed in the feed intake area (4). The automatic detecting and sorting device (2) is provided with a plurality of sorting outlets, and the sorting outlets are connected with the different feed intake subareas (41) and the problem pig to-be-handled area (5) correspondingly. The automatic feeding, automatic detecting and automatic sorting system for group breeding in the large pigpen is high in automation degree and capable of effectively saving labor, a large number of accurate data are collected, and a growth curve, a feed consumption curve, a body surface temperature change curve and corresponding data tables are generated automatically.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an automatic system for raising pigs, in particular to an automatic feeding, automatic detection and automatic sorting system for large-scale group breeding. Background technique [0002] With the progress of society and the development of technology, the labor cost in our country has increased sharply. Saving labor input, automation is an inevitable trend in the development of pig farming. [0003] Now the country advocates big data, which is the need of the times. Modern management and automation rely on data information. Without enough accurate data, scientific management and automatic control are empty talk. Reliable data must be collected automatically because manual collection is difficult to be reliable. First of all, due to manual detection, due to detection methods, visual errors, etc., the data is inaccurate; and there are mistakes in manual records, and mistakes in computer input, which increase human errors. The...
