The elastic putty composition comprises 20-40 parts by weight of modified polyol resin, 1-5 parts by weight of a dispersant, 1-5 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent, 1-5 parts by weight of a thixotropic agent, 5-15 parts by weight of titanium dioxide, 1-5 parts by weight of an active molecular sieve and 20-50 parts by weight of a filling material. The modified polyol resin is prepared from 100 parts by weight of polyol resin, 30-40 parts by weight of polyester resin and 5-10 parts by weight of resin of poly(aspartic acid) through a polymerization reaction at a temperature of 180-220 DEG C. The elastic putty composition has excellent impact resistance, wear and corrosion resistance, stain resistance and anti-freezing performances.
