Abstract

The invention discloses a laser ablation sample chamber which comprises an inner cavity, an outer cavity and a sample feeding device. The inner cavity is provided with a first air inlet and a first air outlet. A sample inlet and a sample outlet are formed in the inner cavity. The sample feeding device comprises a sample supporting strip which penetrates through the inner cavity in a slidable mode through the sample inlet and the sample outlet, and a driving device connected with the sample supporting strip and used for driving the sample supporting strip to slide on a straight line where the sample inlet and the sample outlet are located. The inner cavity and the sample feeding device are arranged inside the outer cavity. The outer cavity is provided with a second air inlet and a second air outlet. According to the laser ablation sample chamber, automatic replacement of samples is achieved, the sample chamber does not need to be opened frequently, and therefore influences caused when the sample chamber is frequently opened on air ways in a laser ablation sample feeding system are avoided; meanwhile, the pressure difference between the interior and the exterior of the inner cavity is eliminated, and sample particle cloud leakage caused by the pressure difference between the interior and the exterior of the inner cavity is avoided.
