The method firstly measures the concentration change rate x of the to-be-treated ion in the wastewater, wherein the x decides the addition quantity of the reaction reagent to the waste water, so that a problem of intensive concentration fluctuation and difficult control of the fluctuation of the to-be-treated ion, and meanwhile stability of a medicine addition system is improved. The method also increases use efficiency of the reaction reagent and further reduces operation cost of the medicine addition system.
