Problems solved by technology

Straw mushroom is an aerobic fungus that likes high temperature and high humidity. Its growth is very sensitive to temperature, and it also has requirements on water temperature. During the cultivation of straw mushroom, it is easy to be polluted by Coprinus sp. moisture, thus affecting the normal growth and development of straw mushroom mycelia, resulting in a reduction in the output of straw mushrooms

Embodiment Construction

[0015] The present invention is described in further detail below:

[0016] a) After harvesting, spray Pleurotus eryngii and Flammulina velutipes on the fungus bed with water to moisten, mix evenly, the water content is 80%, keep it for 5-7 days, and turn it over again during the period;

[0017] b) Mix the above-mentioned fungus residues, and the covering thickness on the fungus bed is 20-30 cm;

[0018] c) Spray the fungus residue with water to moisten it, and the water content is 30-40%;

[0019] d) The above-mentioned fungus residue is sealed, and the space temperature of the mushroom house is increased. After the space temperature reaches 60-65°C, keep it for 24 hours, and then cool down naturally;

[0020] e) When the space temperature drops to 29-32°C and the material temperature is 35-40°C, sow straw mushrooms;

[0021] f) 7 days after sowing, when the space temperature drops to 28°C, pour mushroom water;

[0022] g) fruiting and harvesting.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing straw mushrooms by utilizing waste of pleurotus eryngii and flammulina velutipes. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: a) spraying water and wetting dregs of pleurotus eryngii and flammulina velutipes on a mushroom bed, uniformly mixing until water content is 80%, maintaining for 5-7 days, and turning over once at least during the period; b) mixing the mushroom dregs, wherein coverage thickness on the mushroom bed is 20-30cm; c) spraying water and wetting the mushroom dregs until the water content is 30-40%; d) sealing the mushroom dregs, increasing spatial temperature of a mushroom room, maintaining for 24 hours after the spatial temperature reaches 60-65 DEG C, and then naturally cooling; e) when the spatial temperature is reduced to 29-32 DEG C and material temperature is reduced to 35-40 DEG C, sowing straw mushrooms; f) spraying fruiting water when the spatial temperature is reduced to 28 DEG C and after the straw mushrooms are sown for 7 days; and g) fruiting, and harvesting. The method disclosed by the invention contains no pile forming or pile turning process, self produced heat is utilized for sterilizing and disinfecting raw materials, energy is saved, and production cost is reduced; and production cycle is short.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a technology for cultivating edible fungi, in particular to a technology for producing edible fungi by using edible fungus residues. Background technique [0002] With the development of industrialized production of edible fungi, in order to save costs and make full use of resources, people have studied the technology of using mushroom residues to produce edible fungi. Straw mushroom is an aerobic fungus that likes high temperature and high humidity. Its growth is very sensitive to temperature, and it also has requirements on water temperature. During the cultivation process of straw mushroom, it is easy to be polluted by Coprinus sp. Water, thereby affecting the normal growth and development of straw mushroom mycelia, resulting in reduced output of straw mushrooms. [0003] At present, in the general method of cultivating straw mushrooms, the compost is usually fermented and decomposed twice to prevent Coprinus and other pest...
