The invention discloses a high-CTI-value and high-heat-resistance polycarbonate composition and a preparation method thereof. The high-CTI-value and high-heat-resistance polycarbonate composition is prepared from, by weight, 80-95 parts of polycarbonate, 5-20 parts of phosphate ester homopolymer, 0-8 parts of a toughening agent and 0-9.6 parts of other auxiliary agents; the sum of weight parts of all components is 100. Compared with the prior art, the phosphate ester homopolymer is added to a raw material formula, on one hand, the defect that the heat deformation temperature and tenacity of the polycarbonate are greatly lowered due to adding of organophosphate flame retardant in the prior art can be effectively overcome, and heat resistance and tenacity of the polycarbonate composition are effectively improved; on the other hand, the flame retardant rating of the polycarbonate composition can be effectively raised, and creepage trace resistance of the polycarbonate composition can be further greatly improved; besides, the phosphate ester homopolymer further has extremely good compatibility with the polycarbonate, a plasticization function on alloy does not exist, heat resistance of the polycarbonate composition is obviously improved, and the high-CTI-value and high-heat-resistance polycarbonate composition is particularly suitable for being used for occasions where the requirement for the use environment is high.
