Abstract

The invention aims to provide a high-efficiency plant compound protein. The high-efficiency plant compound protein is prepared from the following components in parts: 4.85 to 5.41 parts of peanut meal, 8.92 to 9.81 parts of corn protein powder, 8.18 to 8.99 parts of soya bean meal, 2.37 to 2.72 parts of wheat gluten and 10.93 to 12.04 parts of cottonseed meal. The plant compound protein is used for replacing fish meal to prepare a scophthalmus maximus feed. The plant compound protein provided by the invention can effectively replace 70 percent of fish meal protein in an all-fish meal feed of the scophthalmus maximus feed; the final body weight, the specific growth rate, the survival rate, the fatness, the ratio of liver weight to body weight and the ratio of viscera weight to body weight of scophthalmus maximus are not influenced; the body compositions of a conventional body of the scophthalmus maximus are not influenced; the digestion rate of dry matters and proteins of the feed is not influenced; various indexes in serum are not influenced. The purposes of reducing feed cost and reducing cultivation cost are achieved, and theoretical basis is provided for sustainable development of aquaculture.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of feed additives, and in particular relates to a plant compound protein for turbot feed. Background technique [0002] Turbot (Scophthalmus maximus L.) is a very representative benthic carnivorous marine fish. In 1992, turbot was introduced into my country. It has the characteristics of rapid growth, adaptability to large-scale farming, delicious meat and high nutritional value. It has developed into an indispensable breeding species in my country. However, turbot has a high demand for protein, which requires a large amount of fishmeal to be added to the feed, making the feed cost higher. Moreover, due to the expansion of the scale of the aquaculture industry in recent years, the demand for protein sources in my country's aquafeed industry has continued to increase, resulting in a shortage of feed protein sources. In addition, due to the impact of overfishing, environmental pollution and El Nino phenomeno...
