Abstract

The invention discloses a fault-tolerant control method for a single-phase open-circuit fault of a six-phase permanent-magnet synchronous linear motor. The fault-tolerant control method comprises the following steps: when the single-phase open-circuit fault of the six-phase permanent-magnet synchronous linear motor occurs, selecting a fault nominal model support vector machine and a fault controller by a flux linkage observation switching module; taking a deviation between a set speed and a speed fed back by a speed detection module and a deviation between set stator flux linkage and stator flux linkage observed and fed back by the flux linkage observation switching module as input signals of a fault internal model controller; outputting set stator shaft current by the fault internal model controller; comparing the set stator shaft current with actual current of the motor, and performing calculation through a PI (Proportional-Integral) regulator; performing Park inverse transformation and Clark inverse transformation on an output quantity to generate a PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) signal for controlling an inverter; generating current with a variable frequency and a variable amplitude, and inputting the current into a motor stator; and implementing fault-tolerant control on the motor. The fault-tolerant control method has the beneficial effects that the support vector machine acquires a normal-state nominal model and a fault-state nominal model of the motor respectively; and an internal model control method is adopted, so that high robustness is realized.
