A discharging port of the carbonizing device is communicated with a feeding port of the activating device, and a discharging port of the activating device is communicated with a feeding port of the pore regulating device. A gas outlet of an activating furnace is communicated with a first hollow cylinder, and the other end of the first hollow cylinder is communicated with a second hollow cylinder.
