The debugging method comprises the steps that a product identification of a hydraulic balance valve to be debugged is determined, and a valve parameter curve corresponding to the product identification is obtained from a preset data base; the valve opening degree of the hydraulic balance valve is obtained, and a flow coefficient corresponding to the valve opening degree is determined according to the valve parameter curve; and the pressure difference of the two ends of the hydraulic balance valve is obtained, and the current flow flowing through the hydraulic balance valve is worked out according to the pressure difference and the flow coefficient. According to the debugging method and system for hydraulic balance, the valve parameter curve corresponding to the product identification of the hydraulic balance valve to be debugged is obtained from the preset data base, and accordingly the flow coefficient corresponding to the valve opening degree of the hydraulic balance valve can be determined; then, the current flow flowing through the hydraulic balance valve can be worked out by combining the pressure difference obtained through measurement; and thus the limitation that a debugging instrument only can be used with the hydraulic balance valve in a matched mode can be relieved, and the debugging difficulty of hydraulic balance is reduced.
