Abstract

The invention discloses a wideband millimeter wave antenna array comprising first and second radiation units, an excitation port, first and second converters, an asymmetric T-type power divider, an Y-type power divider, first, second and third metal via holes, and an inductive window. The first and second radiation units are printed on the front of a substrate, and the excitation port is etched on the back of the substrate. The first converter is disposed behind a 50-ohm coplanar waveguide transmission line. The second converter is disposed in front of the first radiation unit. The asymmetric T-type power divider is disposed behind the first converter. Two rows of first metal via holes are formed in a feeding position and at the two ends of the first converter. The second metal via holes are disposed behind the asymmetric T-type power divider. The third metal via holes are disposed behind the second metal via holes. The Y-type power divider is disposed behind the third metal via holes. The inductive window is disposed behind the Y-type power divider. The wideband millimeter wave antenna array has the advantages of compact structure, small size and good characteristic, and achieves wide band, high gain, and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of millimeter wave antennas and array antennas, in particular to a small broadband high gain broadband millimeter wave antenna array. Background technique [0002] Millimeter wave refers to electromagnetic waves with a wavelength range of 1mm-10mm, and its corresponding frequency is 30GHz-300GHz. In recent years, due to the current situation of crowded spectrum resources and the continuous growth of demand for high-speed communications, the millimeter wave field has become an extremely active field for the research, development and utilization of international electromagnetic spectrum resources. The millimeter-wave frequency band has a large number of continuous spectrum resources, which provides the possibility for the realization of ultra-high-speed broadband wireless communication. [0003] In 2010, the National Key Laboratory of Millimeter Waves of Southeast University proposed to develop my cou...
