Abstract

The invention discloses a hub coating process. The hub coating process comprises the following steps: 1, degreasing; 2, washing with water; 3, pickling; 4, washing with water; 5, passivating; 6, washing with water; 7, spraying bottom powder; 8, drying; 9, spraying colored paint; 10, carrying out electrophoresis; and 11, drying. After being subjected to electrophoresis, the product is good in appearance, does not have defects such as shrinkage cavities or a rough paint film, and can meet requirements of automobile manufacturers to appearances of electrophoresis hubs, and therefore, promotion of the product is facilitated.
