Abstract

A laser beam adjusting lens and a semi-transparent semi-reflective lens are sequentially arranged between a laser head and a fritting material along a principal optic axis of the laser head. The fritting process is completed by irradiating the fritting material with a laser spot. The adjusting structure for reducing the bubbles in the fritting sealing process provided by an embodiment of the invention utilizes the semi-transparent performance of a light transmitting film to improve energy distribution of the laser beam, so that the energy uniformity of the laser beam is improved. Furthermore, combination of the lens and the light transmitting film enables the energy distribution and the spot shape to be well matched, so that requirements for the fritting dimension of the Frit packaging technology can be flexibly met.
