Abstract

The invention provides a gear compensation and correction method of a straight gear injection mould. Each single tooth on the injection mould is numbered, injection process parameters of the injection mould are set, and a gear sample is produced; an upper cross section and a lower cross section of the gear sample produced in the last step are selected, all-geared continuous scanning is conducted by utilization of a coordinate measuring machine, and scanning data are input into an excel form; actual distribution of the single teeth is compared with theoretical data, and the tooth form, the tooth crest radius position and the involute line shape of each single tooth are analyzed; the position and the involute shape of each single tooth are recalculated based on an analytical result in the sixth step, and tooth shape compensation and correction of the injection mould are conducted; and a new gear injection mould is machined for producing gears according to data after compensation and correction are conducted. The gear precision level is improved by utilization of current three schemes for glue feeding, precision requirements of the injection mould are improved on the premise that the injection cost is not increased, and the consistent mode dimensional precision of machining through the same machine is guaranteed.
