The method includes: step 1, dissolving N-isopropyl acrylamide crystal in ultrapure water, and adding N, N-methylene bisacrylamide; step 2, spreading a solution prepared in the step 1 on the surface of a glass substrate, putting the glass substrate in a quartz reaction kettle, sealing, and feeding argon; step 3, putting the quartz reaction kettle between two poles of a plasma generator for treatment to obtain a thin film, and cleaning and drying the thin film to complete preparation.
