Abstract
The invention discloses a self-luminous road marking and a making method. The self-luminous road marking comprises a marking body, a groove is formed in the top of the marking body, and a self-luminous block is installed in the groove. The self-luminous block is formed by pouring a transparent colloid mixed with self-luminous powder into the groove and then air-drying the mixture. The transparent colloid takes epoxy resin as the base material, polyamide ester and fluorescent powder are mixed, the mixing amount of polyamide ester serving as a curing agent is 10%-40% of the amount of the epoxy resin, and the mixing amount of the fluorescent powder is 5%-40% of the amount of the epoxy resin. According to the self-luminous road marking, the transparent colloid accumulates solar energy during the day, and after the transparent colloid is exposed to sunlight for 60 min, the transparent colloid can give out light continuously for 8 h or above at night. Illuminating light sources do not need to be arranged on a road, energy can be effectively saved, and the environmental protection requirements are met.
