Abstract

The invention discloses a method for environment-friendly in-situ synthesis of sericin-nano-silver by means of sericin and the application thereof. According to the method, a silver nitrate solution is added to a sericin solution for reaction under natural illumination till the mixed solution becomes yellow, so that the sericin-nano-silver is obtained. The sericin-nano-silver is synthesized in an in-situ mode under illumination based on the fact that the phenolic hydroxyl group in tyrosine has reducibility and can achieve silver ion reduction in a solution. Operation is easy, the condition is mild, and the method is environment-friendly. The prepared sericin-nano-silver has high dispersity and stability, has a good sterilization effect on staphylococcus aureus, and is low in cytotoxicity and high in biocompatibility. Therefore, the sericin-nano-silver prepared with the method has broad application prospects.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biological materials, and in particular relates to a method for in-situ green synthesis of sericin-nano-silver by using sericin, and also relates to products prepared by the method and products thereof. Background technique [0002] Nanotechnology is one of the research hotspots in recent years. Nanomaterials have broad application prospects in the fields of optics, electronics, and biology because of their surface effects, small size effects, and macroscopic quantum tunneling effects. Nanosilver, as a well-known nanomaterial, has good inhibitory activity against Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria, fungi, and viruses, and has been widely used in biomedicine, such as wound repair, and other fields. At present, nano-silver products have been used in clinical medicine, such as nano-silver hydrogel, nano-silver wound plaster, and nano-silver spray. [0003] Nanosilver is mainly synthesized by chemical and...
