Abstract

The spectrum service center includes a spectrum server and a center wireless communication module. The frequency equipment client side includes a control unit and a client wireless communication module. The frequency equipment is connected with the control unit, the control unit is embedded into the frequency equipment for real-time frequency conversion, and the control unit and the client wireless communication module are connected with each other, the client wireless communication module and the center wireless communication module realize signal transmission by satellite communication or other wireless channels, the center wireless communication module and the spectrum server are connected, and the spectrum server receives the data of the spectrum sensing network. The invention further provides a method of the dynamic spectrum management system.
