The present invention discloses a research and early warning platform for influence on navigation signals caused by solar radio burst, and a method of the research and early warning platform. The research and early warning platform comprises a solar radio flow monitoring part, a navigation satellite signal monitoring part and a computer; the solar radio flow monitoring part comprises a radio antenna, an analog receiver system, a calibration system, more than three power-voltage convertors and a data acquisition device; the navigation satellite signal monitoring part includes a navigation antenna and a navigation signal receiver; the solar radio flow monitoring part realizes precise calibration of multi-channel solar radio flow through real-time monitoring on solar radio flow and switching of a noise source, so as to judge whether a solar radio burst event occurs; the navigation satellite signal monitoring part is used for recording information such as current signal quality; and based on solar radio flow data and navigation signal quality data, influence on signal quality caused by the solar radio burst can be judged.
