The invention discloses a desensitizing latex glove material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of latex, 4-15 parts of organic montmorillonite (OMMT), 40-80 parts of isoprene graft sericin copolymer, 2-15 parts of graphene, 0.1-10 parts of viscosity breaker and 0.1-10 parts of stabilizer. The isoprene graft sericin copolymer is utilized to lower the sensitization of the latex material. The cytotoxicity analysis test proves that the sericin-modified latex film only has slight toxicity, thereby preliminarily achieving the goal of lowering the sensitization of the latex.
