Abstract

The invention discloses a method for an operational test of a sequencer. The method comprise the steps that sequence testing libraries are constructed by adopting at least four connectors, wherein the four connectors contain different index sequences, and the last one basic group of the index sequences are A, G, C and T respectively; by adopting sequence testing primers corresponding to the four connectors, 3' tail end of the sequence testing primers is hybridized on the last but one basic group of the index sequences after the sequence testing primers hybridize with the libraries constructed by the connectors; when a sequence test in conducted, the four sequence testing libraries are sampled to different flow channels, the four sequence testing primers join the flow channels containing corresponding libraries respectively, conducting a first sequence testing circle, wherein each flow channel emits A, G, C OR T corresponding light with single color respectively, and a test of four basic group signal strength is thus achieved. According to the method for the operational test of a sequencer, the test of corresponding signal strength of the four basic groups can be achieved; the method can be further used for conducting a preliminary test on laser, detecting whether filter discs on four channels is accurate or not, and detecting whether a platform moving system and an automatic focusing system are normal or not.
