The power electronic module adopts two-circuit PWM independent control and two-circuit chopping-wave and voltage-regulating circuit integration; the average output voltage is controlled by adjusting duty ratio; the rotary speeds of a vehicle-mounted air conditioner evaporation fan and a condensation fan are regulated flexibly; and in addition, the power electronic module is small in size, compact in structure, efficient, convenient to install, and capable of promoting resource optimization configuration of a vehicle-mounted system.
