Abstract

The system comprises wireless geomagnetic sensor terminal nodes responsible for parking spot detecting, 433MHz wireless routing nodes responsible for data forwarding, and a network center responsible for monitoring data gathering. Each wireless geomagnetic sensor terminal node is arranged below a parking spot, detects the current state of the parking spot based on geomagnetic information, and realizes multiple access based on a conflict avoiding protocol. The routing nodes are responsible for collecting data of the wireless geomagnetic sensor nodes and forwarding the data to the network center by means of multi-hop routing. The network center gathers all the parking spot detection data and displays the data to parking users. The system is characterized in that the whole system adopts a 433MHz ad-hoc wireless network.
