Embodiment Construction

[0021] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0022] The present invention provides a multi-user ultra-wideband indoor positioning system, mainly to solve the problem of time synchronization in the ultra-wideband (UWB: ultra wide band) positioning system based on the Time of Received Signal (TOA) method and the positioning in the currently applied UWB positioning system The number of users is limited. The main work of the invention is to realize precise synchronization of system time and unlimited number of positioning users. The invention establishes a unified correction model for the clocks of reference base stations and mobile tags in the system. By establishing a linear correspondence between the real distance and the clock correction model, the positioning experiment is carried out in an ideal line-of-sight (LOS) environment to obtain time and distance data, and the parameters in the clock correction model a...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of ultra-wideband communication, and in particular relates to a multi-user ultra-wideband (UWB) indoor positioning system, which can be used for indoor positioning, security rescue and assistant GPS navigation. The multi-user UWB indoor positioning system comprises four reference base stations and a mobile label; clocks of the base stations and the label are completely unified into a reference time axis; the base station 1 is the main station, and used for coordinating a signal communication time sequence of the system, and simultaneously, providing time information thereof for all other base stations and the label; the base stations 2-4 are auxiliary stations, and used for respectively providing time information for the label under the control of the base station 1; and the label is a user needing to be positioned in practice, and is positioned by receiving the time information of the base stations 1-4. By means of the multi-user UWB indoor positioning system disclosed by the invention, the time synchronization problem in the UWB positioning system can be solved by establishing a unified correction model for a system clock, establishing the linear corresponding relationship between the clock and the real distance and resolving related parameters in a clock correction model.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of ultra-wideband communication, and in particular relates to a multi-user ultra-wideband indoor positioning system which can be used for indoor positioning, safety rescue and assisted GPS navigation. Background technique [0002] Ultra-wideband (UWB: ultra wide band) technology is a new type of wireless communication technology, which has the advantages of nanosecond-level time resolution, high-speed transmission rate, insensitivity to channel fading, and good anti-multipath ability. It is widely used in real-time positioning system. According to the different measurement parameters, UWB positioning principle can be divided into methods based on received signal strength (RSSI), based on time of received signal (TOA) and based on angle of received signal (AOA). Because the TOA algorithm is simple, relatively less affected by channel multipath fading, and has higher positioning accuracy, this algorithm is most widely ...
