The braze-welding superhard abrasive grinding pan comprises a superhard abrasive, a welding lining layer and a supporting layer, wherein the supporting layer is of a disc-shaped structure; the supporting layer is provided with a mounting hole connected with polishing equipment; the welding lining layer is fixedly arranged on the disc surface of the supporting layer; the welding lining layer is formed by weaving metallic wires and nonmetallic high-temperature-resistant fibers in a mixed manner; the high temperatures to which the metallic wires and the nonmetallic high-temperature-resistant fibers are resistant are all not lower than 550 DEG C, wherein the metallic wires can generate chemical metallurgical bonding with an alloy welding flux for braze welding, and the nonmetallic high-temperature-resistant fibers cannot generate the chemical metallurgical bonding with the alloy welding flux for braze welding; and single grains or a cluster-shaped single layer of the superhard abrasive is uniformly distributed on the surface of the welding lining layer, and is subjected to braze-welding fixation through the alloy welding flux.
