Abstract

The invention provides a vibration simulation analysis method and device of a vane pump rotor system. The method comprises the following steps of: utilizing a three-dimensional water body grid to establish a computational fluid mechanics model; taking a steady state calculation result as an initial value, obtaining the transient state calculation result of each vane grid unit and each hub grid unit according to preset parameters, and obtaining the transient state stress of a vane wheel through an integral method; taking the transient state stress of the vane wheel as a loading condition of a vane wheel mass point, adopting finite element analysis to carry out transient state kinetic analysis on the rotor system consisting of a main shaft, a bearing and the vane wheel mass point according to preset rotor system information, and obtaining a transient state kinetic analysis result; and according to the transient state kinetic analysis result, obtaining the vibration situation of the rotor system. By use of the method, the computational fluid mechanics model and a rotor kinetic finite element analysis model can be combined to quickly and accurately obtain the vibration situation of the vane pump rotor system under hydraulic induction, and the design requirement of the vane pump rotor system is met.
