The valve rod is supported in the valve body through an upper bearing and a lower bearing which are arranged up and down, and shaft seal structures are arranged at the combination position of the upper portion of the valve body and the valve rod and the combination position of the lower portion of the valve body and the valve rod correspondingly; a sealing ring capable of being in seal fit with a valve plate sealing face is arranged on the valve body; and the upper bearing and the lower bearing are both composite sliding bearings and are each formed by an outer bush and an inner bush in a sleeving manner, each inner bush is made of friction-resisting, high-temperature-resistant and low-friction-coefficient alloy materials, and the outer wall of each inner bush is provided with annular protrusions which are embedded into inner hole ring grooves of the outer bush for close fit.
