A catastrophe rating method is introduced to assess an environmental risk comprehensive level, a chemical industry enterprise environmental risk comprehensive assessment method based on a catastrophe principle is proposed, and comprehensive assessment grades are divided into five grade levels so as to discriminate a comprehensive risk level of a chemical industry park enterprise and timely take emergency response strategies.
