The other passageways are balloon passageways, each balloon passageway is communicated with a corresponding dilation balloon, and the dilation balloons are shrinkable circumferentially and arranged in the axial direction of the dilator body at equal intervals. The water-lubricating composite balloon ureteral dilator has the advantages that by the aid of the guide wire passageway which allows a guide wire to pass through, insertion of the dilator is more convenient; by the aids of the dilation balloons and the corresponding balloon passageways, different parts of a ureter can be dilated and dilation degrees can be controlled according to needs; by adopting the ureteral dilator coated with a hydrophilic film, the cost for aseptic paraffin oil is reduced, operation is simplified, and postoperative secondary infections and pains of patients can be reduced by antibiotic constituents in the film. The water-lubricating composite balloon ureteral dilator can be specifically applied to common narrow parts like a ureteral orifice, the junction of a ureter and an iliac vessel and the like, and dilation diameters can be controlled by means of controlling the sizes of the dilation balloons.
