Abstract

The invention provides a full-bridge converter circuit comprising a full-bridge converter unit, first and second delay gating units and a controller. The full-bridge converter unit comprises first to fourth electric switches, a transformer and a rectifier. The first and fourth electric switches and the second and third electric switches are respectively diagonal switches. The first and second electric switches and the third and fourth electric switches are respectively connected in series between the voltage input end and the ground. The first and second ends of the primary coil of the transformer are connected with the node between the first and second electric switches and the node between the third and fourth electric switches. The first end and the fourth end of the controller are connected with the second and fourth electric switches. The second end and the third end of the controller are connected with the first and third electric switches through the first and second delay gating units. The controller controls the two diagonal switches to be conducted in turn. The first and third electric switches are conducted under the condition that the drain voltage is zero.
