Abstract

The invention discloses a three-dimensional hyperspectral microscopic imaging system and an imaging method. The three-dimensional hyperspectral microscopic imaging system comprises a microscope, an aperture amplifying module, an imaging lens array, a broadband filter array, a sensor array and a controller, wherein the microscope is used for carrying out first-stage amplification on a microscopic sample and exporting an image plane from an image plane outgoing opening of the microscope; the aperture amplifying module is used for amplifying an aperture plane to a preset size; the imaging lens array is used for capturing different sub-aperture planes so as to generate space information in different angles and enabling images in corresponding angles of the microscopic sample to be formed behind each imaging lens; the broadband filter array is used for carrying out broadband spectrum modulation on the space information; the sensor array is used for collecting images generated after spectral encoding is carried out on the microscopic sample under observation at a preset angle; the controller is used for controlling the sensor array to be synchronously triggered so as to carry out iterative restoration and reconstruction through a four-dimensional deconvolution algorithm. According to the three-dimensional hyperspectral microscopic imaging system disclosed by the invention, collection of 30-Hz three-dimensional hyperspectral videos under optical microscopy can be realized, the imaging applicability is increased, and the use experience of a user is greatly increased.
