According to the method, for multiple construction schemes of an electric vehicle charging network in a to-be-planned traffic system, a planning model considering two optimization targets of the charging service capacity and the distribution network loss is built for each construction scheme, the construction scheme of charging service capacity maximization and urban distribution network loss minimization is solved and obtained to serve as the optimal urban electric vehicle charging network planning scheme. Accordingly, two sub optimization targets in the model are subjected to fuzzification separately, and an original optimization model is converted into a single target optimization problem based on maximum satisfaction. At last, the urban electric vehicle charging network planning model is solved through a genetic algorithm based on real number encoding. By means of the method, the practical value of the planning model is guaranteed, the obtained optimization result is more reasonable and convincing.
