The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, designing a system into a three-layer model: a substation layer, a telecontrol original data layer comprising a telecontrol original data sharing system, and an automatic system layer; then, connecting the telecontrol original data sharing system with multiple substations in the substation layer; connecting multiple systems in the automatic system layer to a data publishing and control module, subscribing required data, distributing the ID to each automatic system by the telecontrol original data sharing system, and establishing a data publishing relationship table; and finally, sharing power telecontrol original data or controlling equipment.
