Problems solved by technology

However, the CZT line array detector currently used can only divide the entire sensing spectral region into 5 bands. Although this has made great progress compared with dual-energy CT, the feature encoding of 5 bands is not suitable for complex lesions. There are still too few types, and there is still a big gap from clinical application

Embodiment Construction

[0041] The present invention will be further described below through specific embodiments.

[0042] refer to Figure 1 to Figure 6, a hyperspectral CT functional imaging system, including an X-ray tube, a photon counting detector, a two-dimensional translation stage, a rotary stage, a three-dimensional motion controller, and a control center. The X-ray tube is connected with a high-voltage generator, and the X-ray tube is driven by a high voltage to emit continuous X-rays to scan the sample to be tested. The rotating table is located in front of the emitting end of the X-ray tube to place the sample to be tested. The photon counting detector is located on a two-dimensional translation stage to collect hyperspectral data, which can be SDD, Si-PIN or CdZnTe, etc. For CdZnTe (cadmium telluride detector), use cadmium telluride crystal as X-ray and gamma-ray For the detector, the crystal is installed on a thermoelectric cooler and coupled to a custom-made charge-sensitive preampl...

Abstract

The invention discloses a functional hyperspectral CT (computed tomography) imaging-based substance recognition method and a functional hyperspectral CT imaging-based substance recognition system. The system comprises an X-ray tube, a photon counting detector, a two-dimensional translation platform, a rotating platform, a three-dimensional motion controller and a control center, wherein the X-ray tube is connected with a high voltage generator to emit an X ray to scan a tested sample; the rotating platform is positioned in front of the emitting end of the X-ray tube to support the tested sample; the photon counting detector is positioned on the two-dimensional translation platform to acquire hyperspectral data; the three-dimensional motion controller is connected with the rotating platform to control the rotating platform to rotate, and is connected with the two-dimensional translation platform to control the two-dimensional translation platform to translate; the control center is connected with the three-dimensional motion controller, the photon counting detector and the high voltage generator to control the three-dimensional motion controller and the high voltage generator, receive the hyperspectral data and recognize the tested sample. The method and the system have a broad application prospect in disease diagnosis, food safety and nondestructive testing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of non-destructive testing of medical images, in particular to a material identification method and system using hyperspectral CT functional imaging. Background technique [0002] Medical imaging is the study of how to non-invasively obtain human anatomy and physiological information to provide a basis for diagnosis and evaluation. The imaging modes can be divided into two categories: one is structural imaging that provides anatomical information; the other is functional imaging that provides physiological information. For some cases, it is often impossible to diagnose through a single imaging method, and different imaging methods can often complement each other in information, so there has been a rapid development of multi-modal medical imaging technology recently. In today's world, biomedicine tends to be more and more microcosmic, and molecular imaging technology is getting more and more attention. As a molecular...
