The dispersant is an organic compound which contains a nonpolar alkyl functional group and a polar ether group and sulfophenyl group functional group. The formula of the dispersant is shown in the specification, wherein n is a natural number and is greater than or equal to 8 and smaller than or equal to 14. The temperature resistance of the dispersant is high, the resistant temperature is up to 160 DEG C, and the defect of poor temperature resistance of the existing wax crystal and asphaltene dispersant is overcome; meanwhile, the dispersant disclosed by the invention has very good dispersion effect on the wax crystal and the asphaltene, and when the using amount is 200ppm, solidifying point of a high-wax content thick oil with over 20 percent of wax content can be reduced to 8 DEG C or more, and solubility of high-wax content thick oil asphaltene can be up to 40 percent or more.
